Patrick D. Considine, Esq.

Patrick Considine, licensed in the state of Florida, focuses his practice in defending bodily injury claims with a specialized focus in automobile and trucking negligence, wrongful death, product liability, negligent security, and premises liability matters.  A Florida native, Patrick grew up in the Jacksonville area and has resided there ever since.  He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Florida with a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Business Administration.  He went on to complete his J.D. at Florida Coastal School of Law.  During his time in law school, Patrick interned for a local commercial litigation firm and for the Office of the State Attorney, 7th Judicial Circuit, in St. Johns County.

After finding his niche in trial advocacy and garnering love for such law practice through his externships and clerkships, Patrick began his career as an Assistant State Attorney for the 7th Judicial Circuit in Putnam County.  While serving as a prosecutor he became accustomed to handing open caseloads of 600-800 and tried numerous cases to verdict obtaining convictions as a fervent advocate for the victims of crime.

Since his time an A.S.A, Patrick has narrowed his practice focus to civil litigation, bodily injury liability.  Prior to joining Stone, Glass, & Connolly, he worked for a statewide, highly respected insurance defense firm where he developed the foundations of his strategy and a boutique, family-owned personal injury firm where he gained valuable knowledge of strategy and motion practice but from a plaintiff’s perspective.  Now defending such claims, Patrick’s passion and purpose is to provide confident and exceptional representation, as well as build lasting relationships with clients by vigorously defending their rights until verdict at jury trial, or otherwise to the fullest extent ethical and lawful.

In his spare time Patrick enjoys being outdoors, attending concerts and events in the community, jogging, grilling, stock market investing, passionately supporting his beloved Gators and Jaguars, and spending time with friends and family.
