Plaintiff alleged that she sustained severe injury to her foot which required plastic surgical repair when her foot contacted a trailer Result: Dismissal as a matter of law on defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment. Affirmed by 3rd DCA on appeal.

Intersection collision. Plaintiff alleged cervical injuries from the impact. Defendant contested liability and damages. Result: Verdict for Defendant

Minor plaintiff sustained fracture to collar bone while on defendant’s pre-school playground. Result: Verdict for Defendant

Defendant Goodyear truck rear ended the Plaintiff. Plaintiff’s, husband and wife, both alleged cervical and lumbar injuries. Result: Verdict for Defendant. Defendant awarded attorney’s fees and costs.

The accident involved a sideswipe collision on I-95. As a result of the accident, the plaintiff alleged to have sustained a low back injury and underwent four surgical procedures. Result: Verdict for Defendant

Plaintiff’s estate alleged that decedent committed suicide due to injuries sustained in auto accident. Result: Defense Verdict
